This course is designed to enable participants to:
- Identify and explain the new structure and organization of the DSM-5
- List the diagnoses new to the DSM-5
- Identify the DSM-IV diagnoses that are no longer in use
- Identify at least 14 changes to diagnoses
This course meets the qualifications for 3 hours of continuing-education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, and LCSWs practicing in California as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). For other professions or states, see our Nationwide CE Credits version instead.
